Po przezwyciężeniu traumy i problemów zdrowotnych odkryłam głęboką uzdrawiającą moc jogi, medytacji i terapii dźwiękiem. Te praktyki nie tylko odmieniły moje życie, ale także zainspirowały mnie do prowadzenia innych w ich własnych podróżach ku wewnętrznemu spokojowi i samoodkryciu.
Dziś, jako certyfikowany nauczyciel jogi, uzdrowiciel dźwięku kryształów i facylitator kąpieli gongowych, tworzę święte przestrzenie do uzdrawiania i transformacji. Poprzez kojące wibracje gongów, mis kryształowych i uważny przepływ jogi pomagam ludziom uwolnić się od tego, co już im nie służy, na nowo nawiązać kontakt z wdzięcznością i na nowo odkryć radość w chwili obecnej.
