Kasia, with over 7,000 yoga and wellness sessions delivered with Multiple types and has become a recognized expert in yoga community, meditation, and crystal healing.
Paula, a highly skilled therapist with several years of experience, complements this with her deep understanding of therapeutic practices and emotional healing.
This July, we’re excited to combine our expertise to host a rejuvenating weekend retreat.
By blending yoga, meditation, crystal healing, Relaxing, Art, Tennis, Nature Walkes, Tennis and therapy, we’ve designed an immersive experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit—all within a serene, supportive space.

Saturday: Start with yoga, mindfulness, and a mindful walk. Relax with tennis, hot tubs, or nature, followed by dinner, a stress-release ceremony, a fire ceremony to let go, and a sound bath with crystal healing. Sunday: Begin with sunrise yoga, enjoy art therapy and brunch, close with a heartfelt circle and depart feeling renewed. Perfect balance of wellness and relaxation!
